Refund policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The client has the right to freely return ready-from-stock items only. As all garments tailored or altered to measure are customized, they may not be returned, unless these present important production flaws.

To return an item one must send a written request to the email address legonneruffiane@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. It will be our concern to reply as soon as possible. The return of the item won't be accepted if the request has not been previously been welcomed by us.

The client will have to ship the item punctually within 14 days after the request of return has been welcomed. The costs of shipping the item will be the client's unless the reason of the return is our responsibility. (flaws in the making, wrong item, etc.)

The right of return will be exerted only if, along with the respect terms and conditions listed above, the item has not been damaged, used, dirtied or washed. The item must be returned to the producer intact and in its original packaging, complete with all of its components, which include the tax documentation. the item shall not undergo any changes of any kind. 

In the case of a return of multiple items coming from the same order, these shall all be returned from the client with one single shipment. If the client's return does not satisfy these conditions, the return will be rejected and the item will not be refunded.  

If the verification is successful, the refund will be made immediately using the payment method used by the Customer. Please note that the bank, or the credit card company, may take some time to process and register your refund. Remember, all our garments are handmade, possible differences in shape, size and color are to be considered part of the charm of our artisanal products and not a flaw.

Please always check the items as soon as you receive them and contact us immediately if there are any defects, or if the item received is not as ordered.
