Shipping policy

All our shipments are carried out by TNT courier for Italy and by Fedex courier for Europe and Switzerland and delivered from Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded. We reserve the right to use other couriers in case of special needs.

Delivery times:

For ITALY: up to 5 working days from the confirmation of shipment and payment, unless unforeseen.

For EUROPE and SWITZERLAND: up to 10 working days from the confirmation of shipment and payment, unless unforeseen. As soon as the package is shipped, you will receive an email from the courier and the tracking number to track your purchase.

All prices of the products published on the site don't include shipping which will be calculated and charged at the time of payment. Orders to be delivered outside the European Community do not include customs duties. From the moment the package is entrusted to the courier, we are no longer able to modify or check the order, nor are we responsible for loss or delays attributable to the courier. However, we remain at your disposal in case you need help. In addition, you are required to check the integrity of the package at the time of delivery and, if it is damaged, to dispute it immediately to the courier and give us notice.
